Für kleine Runden von 8 bis 22 Personen stehen Menü und Getränke schon: unsere Experiences bucht ihr direkt online, ab 35 € pro Person, bezahlt wird vor Ort. Wird es größer oder soll es etwas ganz Eigenes werden, stellen wir euch ein individuelles Angebot ab 100 € pro Person zusammen: eigener Ablauf, feste Ansprechperson, auf Wunsch der ganze Raum für euch. Vier Locations im und am Körnerpark, von der langen Tafel für 22 bis zur Terrasse für 250. Küche, Bar, Deko und Musik kommen von uns, gekocht wird mediterran und plant-based.
For small groups of 8 to 22 the menu and drinks are already set: book one of our experiences online, from 35 € per person, and pay on site. If it gets bigger, or you want something entirely your own, we put together an individual quote from 100 € per person: your own running order, one dedicated contact, and the whole room to yourselves if you want it. Four venues in and around Körnerpark, from a long table for 22 to a terrace that holds 250. Kitchen, bar, decor and music come from us, and the food is Mediterranean and plant-based.

Ab wann ist es eine private Feier?When does it count as a private celebration?
Ab 10 Personen gilt eure Buchung als Privatevent: eigener Ablauf und eine feste Ansprechperson für Anfrage und Angebot, nach der Unterschrift plant unser Event Coordination Team mit euch weiter. Ab 20 Personen planen wir die Feier persönlich mit euch. Für Runden von 8 bis 22 Personen braucht ihr das alles nicht: unsere Experiences bucht ihr direkt online, ab 35 € pro Person.
From 10 people on, your booking counts as a private event: a running order of your own and one dedicated contact for enquiry and quote, with our Event Coordination Team taking over the planning once you sign. From 20 people we plan the celebration with you in person. For groups of 8 to 22 you need none of that: book one of our experiences online, from 35 € per person.
Was kostet eine private Feier?What does a private celebration cost?
Das hängt davon ab, welchen Weg ihr geht. Eine direkt buchbare Experience kostet ab 35 € pro Person, Menü und Getränke sind enthalten, bezahlt wird vor Ort. Ein individuelles Angebot stellen wir ab 100 € pro Person zusammen. Getränkepauschalen starten bei 33 € pro Person für drei Stunden, jede weitere Stunde kostet 8 bis 10 €. Raummiete und Mindestumsatz hängen von Location, Wochentag und Saison ab, die nennen wir euch auf Anfrage.
That depends which route you take. An experience you book directly starts at 35 € per person, with menu and drinks included and payment on site. An individual quote starts at 100 € per person. Drinks packages start at 33 € per person for three hours, with each further hour at 8 to 10 €. Room hire and minimum spend depend on the venue, the weekday and the season, and we'll quote those when you get in touch.
Können wir den Raum für uns allein haben?Can we have the space to ourselves?
Der Clementine Club hat einen eigenen Eingang und ist ohnehin ein eigener Raum. Orangerie, Terrasse und Kiez-Kapelle lassen sich exklusiv buchen; im Sommer laufen die regulären Reservierungen auf der Terrasse, für große Privatevents machen wir Ausnahmen. Sagt uns euren Wunschtermin, dann sagen wir euch, was an dem Tag geht.
The Clementine Club has its own entrance and is a separate room anyway. The Orangerie, the terrace and the Kiez-Kapelle can be booked exclusively; in summer our regular reservations run on the terrace, though we make exceptions for larger private events. Send us your preferred date and we'll tell you what's possible that day.
Was ist mit veganer Ernährung und Allergien?What about vegans and allergies?
Unsere Küche ist mediterran und durchgehend plant-based, vegane Gerichte sind hier der Normalfall und keine Sonderbestellung. Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten sagt ihr uns vorab, dann planen wir sie ins Menü ein.
Our kitchen is Mediterranean and entirely plant-based, so vegan dishes are the standard here rather than a special order. Tell us about allergies and intolerances in advance and we'll build them into the menu.
Torte, Deko, Musik — müssen wir das selbst mitbringen?Cake, decor, music — do we bring all that ourselves?
Nein. Deko stimmen wir vorher mit euch ab und bauen sie auf, Torten backen wir vegan, die Preise dafür stehen im Eventangebot. Im Clementine Club läuft eure Playlist, in der Orangerie steht ein Club-Soundsystem und wir holen DJ oder Band dazu. Auf der Terrasse ist Musik nicht möglich, weil sie im öffentlichen Körnerpark liegt.
No. We agree the decor with you beforehand and set it up, and we bake vegan cakes — prices are on the event offer page. In the Clementine Club it's your playlist; the Orangerie has a club sound system and we'll bring in a DJ or band. On the terrace music isn't possible, as it sits in the public Körnerpark.
